Welcome to Vibemart (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website or physical store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making purchases, selling products, or using any of our services.

1. Definitions

"Buyer" means any individual or entity purchasing goods from Vibemart or its vendors.

"Seller" / "Vendor" means any individual or entity offering goods for sale through Vibemart.

"Platform" means Vibemart’s online store, mobile site, and any associated services.

"Products" means all goods listed for sale through Vibemart.

2. General Terms

By accessing Vibemart, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or using the site under parental/guardian supervision.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering as a buyer or seller.

Vibemart reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if these Terms are violated.

3. For Buyers

• Placing Orders

Orders can be placed via the Vibemart website, mobile platform, or physical store.

All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of payment.

• Payment

We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and approved digital payment systems.

Prices listed are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and inclusive/exclusive of VAT where applicable.

• Delivery & Pickup

Delivery timelines will be communicated during checkout.

Buyers may opt for pickup where available.

Delivery fees may apply and are non-refundable once the item has been shipped.

• Returns & Refunds

Buyers have up to 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Certain items (e.g., perishables, personal care products) are non-returnable.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

4. For Sellers

• Vendor Registration

Vendors must register via the Vibemart Vendor Enrolment Page and provide accurate business details, including contact information, bank details, and product descriptions.

Vibemart reserves the right to approve or decline vendor applications.

• Product Listings

All product descriptions, images, and prices must be accurate and up to date.

Sellers must comply with Nigerian laws and avoid listing prohibited or counterfeit items.

• Order Fulfillment

Sellers must ensure timely delivery of orders as per agreed timelines.

Failure to fulfill orders may lead to suspension or termination of the vendor account.

• Commission & Payments

Vibemart charges a 5% commission on each sale made through the platform.

Vendor earnings will be paid within 1 - 2  days after order completion depending on the bank of the vendor.

• Returns from Buyers

Sellers must honor Vibemart’s return and refund policy.

In the event of a dispute, Vibemart will act as mediator and its decision will be final.

5. Prohibited Items

Vendors are not allowed to sell:

• Illegal drugs or substances
• Counterfeit goods
• Hazardous materials
• Stolen property
• Items infringing intellectual property rights

6. Limitation of Liability

• Vibemart acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers.
• We are not liable for product quality, authenticity, or performance unless sold directly by Vibemart.
• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Vibemart, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Vibemart or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, Vibemart will attempt mediation.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under Nigerian law in the courts of Lagos State.

9. Amendments

Vibemart reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and effective immediately unless otherwise stated.
